Must be a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. In accordance with National Standard Operating Guidelines and/or Chapter Protocol, visiting members are asked to provide two forms of identification (one primary and one secondary) for meeting entry. Primary identifications may include any government issued ID. Secondary identifications may include, but are not limited to:
• A current or past financial card (in most cases, the name listed should match the primary ID; exceptions: maiden name, married name)
• A copy of your original membership certificate signed by our National Office
• A receipt from a Cluster, Regional Conference or Boule that contains your name
• An invitation from an attending chapter member

Business attire is required for every chapter meeting. Chapter meetings are normally held on the third Saturday of each month excluding the months of July and August. Chapter meetings begin promptly at 12:00 noon. First time visitors are encouraged to arrive a few minutes early as credentials are verified prior to admitting new members into the meeting.
Attendees pay for their own charges

Attire: Chapter pink button down shirt (or other chapter button down shirt if you do not have one) and black.

There is a new International President, Soror Glenda Glover.

With this change comes a new program agenda as well as new mandates for the next four years.

At the chapter retreat, committees will be formed, and decisions will be made as to how these mandates will be implemented.

You are an integral part of this decision making.

The retreat is also used as a time to strengthen the bond with your sisters, a mixture of business and fun!

Please complete and email form ASAP to both Arnetta Washington and Shirley J. Benn.
